Dakahlia Governor Tarek Marzouk reshuffles heads of local administrations in Egypt

Governor Lieutenant General Tarek Marzouk of Egypt’s Dakahlia governorate announced a wide‑scale transfer of officials overseeing centers, cities, neighborhoods and their deputies. The reshuffle is intended to inject fresh blood into local administration, promote diligent deputy heads to higher positions and improve public services. Marzouk said the moves are coordinated with Minister Manal Awad of Local Development and Environment and follow state directives to meet current stage needs.

The announced appointments include Lieutenant General Hani Makhluf moving from head of Tamia Al‑Mumed to head of Talkhah, Islam Al‑Nagar shifting from Talkhah to Agaa, Lieutenant General Ibrahim Agha transferring from Kordy city to Mahalla Damanh, Ibrahim Shabaka moving from Mahalla Damanh to Tamia Al‑Mumed, Hanim Abu Al‑Az becoming head of Kordy, Mohamed Saad Nour Al‑Din taking a deputy role in Talkhah, Mohamed Anwar becoming deputy head of Mahalla Damanh, and Dr. Yasser Al‑Jundi moving to the General Office of Beheira governorate.
