Dakota Johnson celebrates birthday with dinner in New York City

Actress Dakota Johnson celebrated her 37th birthday with an intimate dinner at Via Carota in New York City on October 5.

Johnson wore a black Stella McCartney velvet maxi slip dress featuring a plunging neckline with lacy, sheer floral panels. She paired the gown with a Nour Hammour cropped leather jacket with fur-trimmed collar and cuffs, sandals from The Row, and a metallic Miranda bag by Silvia Gnecchi Milano.

Notable guests in attendance included actress Jennifer Lawrence and her husband, Cooke Maroney. Lawrence wore a black sheer button-up top with velvety floral trousers and leopard-print mules.
