Dallas Cowboys eye pass‑rush boost and consider stadium tint to curb glare

Defensive end Sam Williams impressed in the first two Cowboys practices, showing dominant pass‑rush moves and backfield pressure that could make him a breakout player. The team, still pursuing edge rusher Maxx Crosby, also has Rashan Gary, Donovan Ezeiruaku, first‑round pick Malachi Lawrence and veteran James Houston competing for impact roles.

Owner Jerry Jones, who previously resisted changes to the stadium’s natural sunlight, said he is now giving thought to tinting the AT&T Stadium windows after players complained about glare that hampers visibility. The proposed tint would reduce direct sun exposure without the need for curtains, a solution used during the recent World Cup match at the venue.
