Dallas Cowboys DE Charles Snowden Suspended Three Games for DUI Violation
The NFL announced that Dallas Cowboys defensive end Charles Snowden will miss the first three games of the 2026 regular season. The suspension follows a personal‑conduct policy violation stemming from a December 2024 DUI arrest while he was a member of the Las Vegas Raiders. Snowden pleaded no‑contest in January, was fined $1,000, and ordered to complete DUI‑education courses; the charge could be reduced to reckless driving if he complies. He remains eligible for all preseason activities, and the three‑game ban will take effect once the Cowboys trim their roster to the 53‑man limit. Snowden signed a one‑year contract with Dallas in June after a tryout, having posted 28 tackles, three sacks, five tackles for loss and an interception in 15 games for the Raiders the prior season.
