Dallas Wings defeat Toronto Tempo 94-88 behind Paige Bueckers

The Dallas Wings defeated the Toronto Tempo 94-88 on Wednesday, snapping a three-game losing streak and handing the expansion Tempo their tenth consecutive loss.

Paige Bueckers led the Wings with 22 points, all of which were scored in the second half. After missing all seven of her shots in the first half, Bueckers went 7 of 11 from the field and perfect from the free-throw line in the latter half of the game. She also contributed eight assists and three steals.

Arike Ogunbowale scored 21 points, while Marina Mabrey added 23 points. For Toronto, Laura Juskaite scored 18 points and Kia Nurse recorded 16. The Wings played without Jessica Shepard and Azzi Fudd due to injury.
