Dalmatian comedy festivals draw crowds in Trilj and Supetar

The inaugural "Vikend Smijeha" comedy weekend in Trilj, part of the town's summer program, delivered two evenings of theatrical humor. Local groups such as Dramska udruga Proložac and Amatersko kazalište Sulet performed sketches that resonated with the audience, prompting spontaneous interaction and strong community response.

The "Festival Komedije" at Supetar's open‑air cinema offered two nights of stand‑up comedy on July 20‑21. Acts from Croatia, Montenegro, Serbia and other regional comedians performed, with tickets priced at €15 for a single night or €26 for the full festival. Both events highlighted the growing popularity of summer comedy in Dalmatia.
