Dame Sarah Storey eliminated from Strictly Come Dancing

Paralympian Dame Sarah Storey and professional partner Julian Caillon have been eliminated from the third results show of Strictly Come Dancing 2026. The pair faced actor Bethany Antonia and professional Nancy Xu in a dance-off during Icons Week.

Following performances of a Tango and a Cha Cha, judges Anton Du Beke, Craig Revel Horwood, and Motsi Mabuse unanimously voted to save Bethany and Nancy. Head Judge Shirley Ballas indicated she also would have voted to save the same couple.

While the judges reached a consensus, the decision drew significant backlash from viewers on social media, with many expressing disappointment over Storey's early exit. Storey described her experience on the show as a blessing and expressed pride in learning new dance styles.
