Dan Skirka selected for USA Baseball national task force

Murray State head baseball coach Dan Skirka has been selected to serve on a USA Baseball 15U task force. The group is responsible for selecting athletes who will advance to the 16U National Team training camp next year.

This appointment marks Skirka’s fourth collaboration with USA Baseball. His previous roles include coaching in the MLB-USA Baseball Prospect Development Pipeline League and serving on the staff for the 16U/17U National Team Development Program. Skirka, who led the Racers to their first College World Series appearance in 2025, has previously coached several players who have since entered Major League Baseball.
