Dana White expresses openness to women’s UFC BMF title

UFC CEO Dana White expressed openness to the creation of a women’s BMF title during a media appearance at the Meta Apex in Las Vegas. When asked if such a title was possible, White responded, “Yeah, anything’s possible. Why not?”

The BMF (Baddest Motherf***er) title is currently a men’s championship, with Charles Oliveira serving as the most recent champion. While a women’s BMF belt would introduce a new promotional title, it would not require the creation of a new rankings ladder or weight division.

However, White dismissed the possibility of expanding the UFC’s women’s weight classes in the near future. He specifically rejected the idea of adding an atomweight (105 lbs) division, noting that adding new classes can disrupt existing divisions. The UFC currently maintains women’s championships at strawweight, flyweight, and bantamweight.
