Dana White praises Jake Paul’s courage but rejects Zuffa Boxing signing

UFC President Dana White has expressed respect for Jake Paul’s decision to fight former heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua, describing the move as “ballsy” due to the physical risks involved. During a recent podcast appearance, White noted that Paul sustained multiple jaw fractures after being knocked out in the sixth round of their December bout.

Despite acknowledging the market for celebrity-driven matchups, White stated he has no intention of signing Paul to his new promotion, Zuffa Boxing. He emphasized that his business model focuses on matching the best fighters in the world rather than pursuing “Paul brother type fights.”

Paul is currently recovering from his injuries. His promotion, Most Valuable Promotions, has recently announced a merger with the PFL.
