DaNang Silk Tower 1 developer undergoes ownership changes

DaNang Silk Tower 1 Investment Co., Ltd., the developer of the DaNang Silk Tower 1 project (legally known as Felicia Da Nang), has undergone significant changes in charter capital, shareholder structure, and legal representation since its establishment in 2017.

Originally founded with 70 billion VND in capital, the company increased its charter capital to 400 billion VND in 2019. Following several leadership transitions, the ownership structure shifted in April 2023 when the original founders, Tran Thi Chi Mai and Le Vi, withdrew their capital. They were replaced by Chau Viet Construction and Trade Investment JSC (40%) and Pham Gia Anh (60%).

As of November 27, 2024, both Chau Viet Construction and Trade Investment JSC and Pham Gia Anh have withdrawn their capital. The new shareholder structure now includes Central Capi Real Estate Investment Co., Ltd.
