Danantara urges Adhi Karya to resolve LRT City community complaints

Dony Oskaria, the Chief Operating Officer of Danantara and Head of BP BUMN, met with the Board of Directors of PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk to address public complaints regarding the LRT City development.

Oskaria emphasized that Adhi Karya must strengthen communication with residents and stakeholders to ensure that community grievances are addressed promptly. He noted that while physical construction is essential, the management of the integrated residential areas must also provide safety, comfort, and certainty for the public.

LRT City is a transit-oriented development project with an estimated investment value of approximately Rp24.2 trillion. The project involves vertical housing integrated with LRT mass transit and spans several locations, including Bekasi, Sentul, Jaticempaka, Cikoko, and Ciracas.
