Judge Carrie Ann Inaba recently shared details regarding her struggle with Sjögren’s disease, an autoimmune condition. Inaba revealed that a flare-up caused her to miss the first night of competition last season, marking the first time in 20 years she has been absent from the show. She is working to raise awareness for the invisible disease through a partnership with Novartis.
