Dancing With the Stars Dedication Night features pregnancy announcement and no elimination

During the Dedication Night episode of Dancing With the Stars Season 35, contestant Tyler Cameron and his fiancée, Tate Madden, announced they are expecting their first child, a girl. Cameron performed a contemporary routine dedicated to his late mother, Andrea, who passed away in 2020.

The episode also featured several emotional tributes, including Julia Stiles honoring the late Heath Ledger and Tatyana Ali paying tribute to her former co-star James Avery. Guest judge Kym Johnson joined the regular judging panel of Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli, and Derek Hough.

In a departure from the usual format, hosts Julianne Hough and Alfonso Ribeiro announced that no contestants would be eliminated during the broadcast. Instead, all scores and votes will carry over to the following week, which is scheduled to feature a double elimination during Horror Movie Night.
