Dandelion confirmed to return in The Witcher IV

The character Dandelion is confirmed to return in the upcoming The Witcher IV, according to Polish voice actor Jacek Kopczyński. During a panel at the PSX Extreme Party 2026, Kopczyński discussed the character's presence in the next main installment of the series, which is slated for a 2028 release on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.

While Dandelion's return to the main franchise is certain, his role in the upcoming The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt expansion, titled ‘Songs of the Past’, remains uncertain. Kopczyński noted that he has not yet been called into the studio to record dialogue for the expansion, suggesting the character may have a limited role in that specific story arc.
