Dang Le Nguyen Vu transfers Trung Nguyen trademarks to new entity

Dang Le Nguyen Vu, Chairman of Trung Nguyen Legend Investment and Brand Development Company Limited, has been transferring various intellectual property assets to a newly established entity. Founded in late 2024, the company has begun acquiring trademarks previously held by Trung Nguyen Investment Joint Stock Company.

In Canada, the 'G7 COFFEE INSTANT' trademark was transferred to the new entity in August 2025. Other brands, including 'Trung Nguyen Legend Aura Energy' and 'E TRUNG NGUYEN ENERGY NANG LUONG CAFÉ THE NO. 1 COFFEE!', were transferred in July 2026. In the United States, the 'Legend Gold' brand was also moved to the new company.

Within Vietnam, the new entity now holds ownership of brands such as 'Speed Coffee – The Power of Discovery – Trung Nguyen Legend' and 'TRUNG NGUYEN LEGEND The Coffee Boutique'. The status of the 'TRUNG NGUYEN E-Coffee' brand is currently listed as 'under processing' with the new company as the applicant.
