Danger Dan releases new piano solo album ‘Keine Angst’

Danger Dan, also known as Daniel Pongratz and co-founder of Antilopen Gang, has released his third album, titled ‘Keine Angst’. The project is a piano-led solo album consisting of 12 songs, developed during a two-year writing period.

Recorded primarily at his home with his brother Panik Panzer, the album features a minimalist core of piano and vocals, supplemented by a string quartet recorded in Zurich. The tracks explore deeply personal themes, including the artist's experience with Retinitis pigmentosa, reflections on past relationships, and feelings of social belonging.

Notable tracks include ‘Die meisten meiner Freunde’, which addresses the search for belonging, and the title track ‘Keine Angst’, which gained attention following its exclusion from a ZDF broadcast prior to the album's release.
