Athletic Club coach Terzić praises Rego and Vivian's return

Athletic Club coach Edin Terzić expressed satisfaction following a 1-0 victory against Real Sociedad in a friendly match at Anoeta. Terzić noted that while the team lacked intensity in the first fifteen minutes, they improved significantly after the halftime break.

A key highlight was the performance of Alejandro Rego, who played the full 90 minutes. Terzić described Rego as a “hybrid” player capable of performing effectively as both a central defender and a midfielder, noting his strong passing and timing.

Additionally, the match marked the return of Dani Vivian following an adductor injury. Terzić emphasized the importance of his return, stating that the defender “won all his duels and did not lose a single one,” reinforcing his value to the squad.
