Danie Berger transforms white bedroom into forest-inspired green cocoon

DIY enthusiast Danie Berger has transformed a bright, clinical white bedroom into a forest-inspired sanctuary using a deep green color immersion technique. The project aimed to create a reassuring refuge for her sister-in-law.

To achieve a cohesive look, Berger utilized the Behr paint shade ‘Alpine Trail’ across almost all vertical surfaces. The design leverages original architectural features, such as wide-plank floors and vaulted ceilings, to create a theatrical, enveloping atmosphere while maintaining natural light through the room's tall windows.
