Daniel Arenas proposes development agenda for Los Santos

Lawyer and former prosecutor Daniel Arenas has proposed a new political agenda for the municipality of Los Santos, Santander. His platform focuses on human development rather than purely infrastructure-based projects.

Key pillars of his proposal include improving access to water, enhancing rural roads, generating local income, protecting agricultural territory, and providing better care for senior citizens. Arenas, who previously worked in the Attorney General's Office and as a construction entrepreneur in the United States, returned to Colombia earlier this year to pursue local politics.
