Crotone signs midfielder Filippo Grosso on loan from Frosinone

Crotone has officially completed the loan signing of midfielder Filippo Grosso from Frosinone. The 2006-born player, who previously gained experience in Serie B, moves to Calabria to seek more consistent playing time in Serie C.

Filippo Grosso, the son of 2006 World Cup winner Fabio Grosso, developed through the Juventus youth system before joining Frosinone. During his time with Frosinone, he made seven appearances and scored one goal. At Crotone, he will reunite with manager Leandro Greco, who previously coached him during the 2024/25 season.

In addition to the Grosso transfer, Frosinone has also bolstered its squad with the arrival of defender Enzo Tchato, who expressed enthusiasm for the club's project and the Benito Stirpe stadium.
