Romanian radio presenter Daniel Buzdugan has announced the passing of his mother at the age of 91. The death occurred in Iași, following a period where she required specialized medical care after an accident.
Buzdugan shared that he received the news from the hospital in Iași while he was praying at Schitul Darvari in Bucharest. He and his brother, Mitică, expressed their grief on social media, noting that the loss has left them feeling more alone than ever.
A private funeral service was held at the ‘Sfântul Toma’ Church in the Alexandru cel Bun neighborhood. Buzdugan described the ceremony as an intimate and peaceful service.
