Daniel Franzese reveals 135-pound weight loss transformation

Actor Daniel Franzese, known for his role as Damian Leigh in the film ‘Mean Girls’, has shared a significant physical transformation after losing 135 pounds (approximately 61 kilograms) over a three-year period.

Franzese detailed the lifestyle changes that facilitated his weight loss, which include eliminating alcohol and sugar, working out at least four times per week, and tracking macronutrients. He also noted that his routine now includes kettlebell exercises.

The actor’s wellness journey follows a recent health scare during a stand-up comedy performance at The Comedy Store in Los Angeles. Franzese reported feeling lightheaded and experiencing vision changes after performing on minimal sleep and without food or water. He used the experience to remind followers of the importance of prioritizing sleep, nutrition, and hydration.
