Daniel Kretsinger arrested for threatening Jeanine Pirro and Donald Trump

Daniel Kretsinger of Hauppauge, New York, has been arrested following allegations that he posted videos on X threatening to assassinate U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro and President Donald Trump.

According to a criminal complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, Kretsinger posted two videos on June 30. In the footage, he allegedly stated he was specifically targeting Pirro and intended to travel to Washington, D.C., to kill her. He also expressed intentions to potentially kill the president.

Law enforcement interviewed Kretsinger on July 9, during which he reportedly acknowledged the X account used in the videos and admitted to traveling to Washington, D.C., Florida, and Long Island in attempts to locate Pirro. He faces federal charges for transmitting a threat to injure a person across state lines, which carries a maximum prison sentence of five years.
