Daniel Mikołajewski rises at FC Luzern amid Lewandowski comparisons

Daniel Mikołajewski, a 20-year-old Polish striker currently on loan from Parma to FC Luzern, is emerging as a significant talent in Swiss football. Mikołajewski has recorded four goals and three assists in seven appearances this season, including a hat-trick in a recent match against Grasshoppers.

His performances have been instrumental in helping the Polish U-21 national team secure qualification for next year’s European Championship. Following his recent form, media comparisons have been drawn between Mikołajewski and veteran striker Robert Lewandowski.

In response to these comparisons, Mikołajewski described Lewandowski as a legend and one of the greatest strikers in football history, stating that it is too early to be considered a direct successor. He emphasized his commitment to working hard to maintain the form necessary to earn a place in the senior national team.
