Daniela Katzenberger reflects on past stress and announces comedy debut

German reality TV personality Daniela Katzenberger has spoken about her decision to move away from her previous lifestyle, citing extreme stress and a lack of personal boundaries. Reflecting on her time filming “Katzenberger@Work – Gülle statt Glamour” in 2021, she described a period of constant work and emotional exhaustion, noting that she used food to cope with stress.

Katzenberger stated that she is now prioritizing self-protection and setting boundaries, even if it causes frustration for others. She expressed that she no longer wishes to return to the person she was during that high-pressure period.

In addition to her reflections on personal growth, Katzenberger continues to use self-irony in her public persona. She recently drew attention for wearing a shirt with provocative text during her daughter Sophia's 11th birthday celebration at Phantasialand. She is also preparing for her debut as a stand-up comedian, with her first program, “Katzenklappe,” scheduled to perform at the NightWash-Club in Cologne on August 29.
