Daniela Tartaglini elected president of Sidmi

Daniela Tartaglini has been elected president of the Italian Society for the Management of Nursing Professions (Sidmi) for the 2026-2030 term. She succeeds Bruno Cavaliere.

Tartaglini is an associate professor of Nursing Sciences at Campus Bio-Medico University in Rome and serves as the healthcare director for health professions at the Fondazione Policlinico universitario Campus Bio-Medico. She brings over thirty years of experience across clinical, academic, and organizational sectors to the role.

In her new capacity, Tartaglini stated her commitment to enhancing nursing competencies and their role in healthcare organizational decisions. She emphasized the importance of investing in training, leadership, and research to develop new service management models that improve both patient care and professional working conditions.
