Danilo Dirani leads Copa Truck free practice in Londrina

Danilo Dirani dominated the free practice sessions for the sixth round of the 2026 Copa Truck Be8 BeVant at the Ayrton Senna International Autodrome in Londrina. Driving for Iveco Usual Racing, Dirani led both the morning and afternoon sessions in the PRO category, notably being the only driver to record a lap time under 1 minute and 40 seconds.

Felipe Giaffone, driving a Volkswagen for R9 Competições, secured second place in both sessions. Other notable performers in the PRO class included Pedro Perdoncini, Felipe Tozzo, and Paulo Salustiano, all representing Full Time.

In the Elite category, Nic Giaffone led the morning session, though his fastest time was later excluded due to emissions issues. Djalma Pivetta, also of Iveco Usual Racing, took the lead in the afternoon session.

The race weekend also features NASCAR Brasil and Copa Hyundai HB20. In the Elite standings, Nic Giaffone maintains the championship lead, while Maicon Roncen aims to regain momentum following technical setbacks in the previous Cuiabá stage.
