Danilo Iervolino acquires Porto Cervo hotel for 20 million euros

Danilo Iervolino, the owner of the Salernitana football club, has acquired the historic hotel ‘Luci di la Muntagna’ in Porto Cervo, Sardinia, for approximately 20 million euros.

The transaction follows several months of negotiations with the Kassam family, who previously managed the landmark property on the Costa Smeralda through Alberghiera Sa conca srl. The closing of the deal was finalized recently at a notary's office in Rome. Iervolino, who also founded UniPegaso and is the publisher of Bfc media/L’Espresso, reportedly outbid other interested parties, including Leonardo Maria Del Vecchio and Antonio Percassi.
