Danilo Santos shines for Brazil in friendly victory over Australia

Danilo Santos, a key player for Botafogo, delivered a standout performance for the Brazil national team during their 4-2 friendly victory over Australia in Brisbane. Danilo was instrumental in the win, participating in three of Brazil's four goals and drawing a penalty.

Commentator Caio Ribeiro praised Danilo's tactical shift, noting that the player operated more like a 'number 10' playmaker rather than a traditional defensive midfielder. Ribeiro highlighted that playing in a more advanced position allowed Danilo to maximize his offensive quality, noting his ability to enter the box, serve teammates, and finish plays.

The performance was also linked to tactical changes implemented by coach Carlo Ancelotti, moving away from a predictable long-ball style toward a more sophisticated approach involving closer midfield play, similar to the tactical model used by Argentina.
