Danilovgrad Municipality seeks use of Zora Stadium in Spuž

The Danilovgrad Municipal Assembly is set to consider a proposal to request that the Government of Montenegro grant the municipality the right to use the ‘Zora’ football stadium in Spuž without compensation.

The proposal aims to secure the right to use, manage, maintain, and improve the existing sports stadium and its accompanying infrastructure, which includes residential space and auxiliary buildings. This move is intended to serve the public interest and address long-standing property and ownership issues surrounding the complex.

If approved, the President of the Danilovgrad Municipal Assembly will be responsible for submitting the formal request to the relevant state authorities. The final decision regarding the transfer or use of the property rests with the state government following official procedures.
