Danish Crown integrates Sokołów into global structure

Sokołów is undergoing a structural integration into the Danish Crown Group as part of a broader organizational transformation. This move aims to create a more cohesive global entity by utilizing the group's scale and enhancing competitiveness across key business areas, including production, sales, and product development.

As part of this transition, Sokołów's current CEO, Przemysław Gostkiewicz, will join the Danish Crown global management team as Chief Product Officer (CPO). In this new role, Gostkiewicz will be responsible for developing the group's product portfolio strategy, category strategies, and brand management, as well as overseeing long-term and short-term planning processes.

Despite the integration into the global structure, Sokołów will continue its operations in Poland using its existing offices, production plants, and retail networks. The restructuring also involves other Danish Crown business units, including Beef, Industry, Foods, UK, KLS, and ESS-Food.
