Danish handball clubs Silkeborg-Voel and Bjerringbro-Silkeborg suffer defeats

In recent Danish handball league action, both Silkeborg-Voel KFUM and Bjerringbro-Silkeborg (BSH) suffered defeats.

Silkeborg-Voel KFUM lost 25-29 to favorites Viborg HK. Despite trailing in the final stages, coach Christian Køhler expressed satisfaction with the team's fight, noting that the squad is currently facing resource constraints. Silkeborg-Voel held a 14-12 lead at halftime before Viborg secured the victory.

Bjerringbro-Silkeborg experienced a surprising 32-33 home loss against Nordsjælland Håndbold. BSH was significantly weakened by the absence of key players including Rasmus Lauge, Mads Svane, and Buster Juul. Although BSH led 32-31 late in the game, Nordsjælland's Nichlas Hald scored the winning goal in the final second of play. Coach Dennis Bo Jensen stated he would not use the injury list as an excuse, focusing instead on building a cohesive unit capable of performing at a high level.
