Rebild Kommune is seeking a new leader for the Rørbæk Ældrecenter (also known as Engparken) following the retirement of the current manager. The facility accommodates 22 residents, including a specialized unit for younger residents with sclerosis, and employs approximately 25 staff members. The role requires managing daily operations, professional quality, and economic administration.

Kalundborg Kommune is recruiting a consultant for its central development unit within the HR and Development team. The position involves leading complex, cross-organizational strategic projects and working closely with the municipal executive management to support organizational development and political decision-making processes.
