Danish police seize 100 kg of hash and arrest multiple drug suspects

Police in Denmark used a drug‑sniffing dog to detect more than 100 kg of hash hidden in postal packages destined for northern Falster. The packages were intercepted at a post‑distribution centre, leading to the arrest of a 34‑year‑old man who is accused of drug sales and is to appear before a court in Nykøbing Falster.

In a separate incident, officers stopped two men in Tilst, Jutland. The 25‑year‑old was found with a small amount of hash concealed in his jacket pocket and underwear, while the 23‑year‑old had several thousand kroner in cash, prescription pills and a few grams of cocaine also hidden in his underwear. Both were charged with possession, and the younger man also faces a charge of attempted drug sale.
