Danish real estate transactions in Copenhagen and Odense

Two significant real estate transactions have been completed in Denmark, facilitated by Colliers.

In Copenhagen, Heritage Ejendomsinvest has acquired a property portfolio in the Latin Quarter for just over 27.7 million DKK. The acquisition includes Fiolstræde 18, which contains 958 square meters of residential and retail space, as well as three commercial apartments located at Fiolstræde 21, 26, and 38. The investors behind Heritage Ejendomsinvest include Ivan Allentoft, Bjørn Allentoft, Andreas Jacobsen, and Anders Holme.

In Odense, a historic building at Store Gråbrødrestræde 19 has been sold to a local real estate company for just over 17 million DKK. The property, which dates back to 1897, features a mix of residential units and commercial space, including the French bistro Kok & Vin. The sale highlights a growing investor interest in properties that combine residential and commercial uses to provide diversified income profiles and higher returns amidst financial uncertainty.
