Various Danish sports teams experienced mixed results across football and handball competitions.

In football, AGF continues a difficult season. After a series of losses, they managed a 2-2 draw against Silkeborg, thanks to late goals from Janni Serra. However, the team remains without a win after seven matches. In the women's A-Liga, AGF Kvindefodbold suffered a 2-1 defeat to FC Midtjylland. Meanwhile, Sønderjyske faced a 2-5 loss to AC Horsens, hampered by individual errors and a red card for Stefan Velkov.

In handball, Aalborg Håndbold secured a strong 33-30 away victory against Skjern Håndbold, showing significant defensive improvement. NFH earned a 27-27 draw against Odense in a Champions League opener, a performance coach Niels Agesen felt deserved more. Mors-Thy Håndbold lost 32-29 to GOG despite a halftime lead, while GOG managed the win even after receiving a red card early in the second half.
