Danny Ings signs for Wycombe Wanderers

Danny Ings has signed with Wycombe Wanderers, joining the League One club as a free agent. The 34-year-old striker, a former Premier League vice-top scorer, arrives after his contract with Sheffield United expired in the summer.

Ings has extensive top-flight experience, having played for clubs including Liverpool, West Ham, Aston Villa, and Southampton. He has scored over 120 professional goals and represented the England national team. The move is subject to EFL and FA approval, and he is expected to be available for the upcoming match against Reading at Adams Park.

Wycombe's Director of Football, Tom Stockwell, noted that Ings is a highly skilled offensive player whose experience will benefit the team both on and off the pitch.
