Danube Properties launches Shahrukhz Residences in Dubai

Danube Properties has announced the launch of Shahrukhz Residences by Danube, a fully furnished waterfront residential tower located in Dubai Maritime City. This project marks the latest collaboration between the developer and actor Shah Rukh Khan, following the rapid sell-out of their previous commercial tower project.

The development is positioned as a celebrity-named residential tower featuring views of the sea and the Dubai skyline. Interior designer Gauri Khan has designed the building's penthouses. The tower is expected to include over 40 lifestyle amenities, such as a Longevity Lounge offering cryotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, red-light therapy, and infrared saunas, alongside sports facilities and aqua-themed play areas.
