Danube Properties launches Shahrukhz Residences in Dubai

Danube Properties has announced the launch of Shahrukhz Residences by Danube, a luxury residential tower located in Dubai Maritime City. The project follows the successful launch of the Shahrukhz by Danube commercial tower, which sold out on its launch day.

Described as the world’s first residential tower named after a celebrity, the development features waterfront views and more than 40 amenities. These include a rooftop Kings Club and a Longevity Lounge offering services such as cryotherapy and red-light therapy.

Exclusive penthouses within the tower are designed by interior decorator Gauri Khan. Danube Group Chairman Rizwan Sajan noted that the project is a response to customer demand for unique, branded, and experience-led real estate in the Dubai market.
