Danube Properties to Deliver 11 Dubai Projects Within 12 Months

Danube Properties, a subsidiary of the Danube Group, announced that it will hand over eleven residential projects across Dubai over the next year. The developments include Elitz 1 & 3 in Jumeirah Village Circle, Sportz in Dubai Sports City, Viewz 1 & 2 in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Oceanz 1‑3 in Dubai Maritime City, Fashionz in Jumeirah Village Triangle and Oasiz 1‑2 in Dubai Silicon Oasis.

Founder and Chairman Rizwan Sajan said the company is honoring its promise despite recent GCC geopolitical tensions that doubled construction‑material costs, absorbing the extra expense to keep deliveries on schedule. He highlighted the trust of thousands of families and the role of the projects in supporting Dubai’s attractive rental yields and eligibility for the UAE’s Golden Visa programme.
