Dar Global appoints Gulf Asia Contracting for Trump International Hotel & Tower in Dubai

London-listed luxury developer Dar Global has awarded Gulf Asia Contracting the construction contract for the podium of the Trump International Hotel & Tower in Dubai. The appointment follows the completion of enabling works scheduled for September 2026 and marks the transition to the next construction phase of the 350‑metre, 80‑floor tower.

The development, located on Sheikh Zayed Road at the gateway to Downtown Dubai, will combine a hotel, branded residences and a private members’ club, featuring Dubai’s highest outdoor swimming pool and two signature penthouses inspired by New York’s Trump Tower. CEO Ziad El Chaar said, “Following the successful completion of our enabling works, we are pleased to appoint Gulf Asia Contracting to deliver the podium construction for Trump International Hotel & Tower, Dubai.”
