Dar Global Capital Partners announces global real estate investment mandate

Dar Global Capital Partners (DGCP), the alternative asset management arm of London-listed developer Dar Global, has announced a strategic focus on deploying capital across international real estate markets. The firm’s cross-border mandate includes the GCC, Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States, with a specific emphasis on high-conviction investments in Dubai.

As part of this strategy, DGCP is exploring the creation of a dedicated real estate opportunities fund focused on Dubai. The firm operates under the regulatory oversight of the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) and aims to connect institutional capital and private wealth with prime real estate assets through a framework of value creation and downside protection.

Additionally, Ziad El Chaar, the Chief Executive Officer of Dar Global PLC, has been appointed as Chairman of DGCP. This move is intended to align the asset management platform with the parent group’s international development footprint. Dar Global recently expanded its global portfolio to $23 billion in Gross Development Value (GDV) and upgraded its status on the London Stock Exchange.
