Dar Global reports 66% revenue growth in HY 2026

Dar Global, the London-listed luxury real estate developer, reported a 66% increase in revenue for the first half of 2026, reaching US$258 million. The company's net profit saw a significant surge of 149%, rising to US$30.4 million compared to US$12.2 million in the same period the previous year.

Growth was supported by high demand across the GCC, Europe, and the UK, with Gross Development Value (GDV) nearly doubling to US$23 billion. Key projects driving revenue include The Astera and collaborations such as Interiors by Aston Martin and Interiors by Mouawad.

In Saudi Arabia, the company partnered with The Trump Organization to launch Rayana, a large-scale gated community in Diriyah. Additionally, the Group unveiled Trump Plaza Jeddah and the Padel Living Residences. In Dubai, Dar Global has appointed Gulf Asia Contracting for the construction of the Trump International Hotel & Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road.
