Dara Ekimova launches new album “Setiva” with a live concert in Sofia

Bulgarian pop singer Dara Ekimova premiered her second studio album “Setiva” at a live concert‑spectacle on 16 June at Sofia’s Central Military Club. The show, attended by hundreds of fans, featured a specially designed stage set and a duet with Greek pop star Evangelia on the track “Parea”. The album, described by Ekimova as built on sensuality, bravery and femininity, contains collaborations with a roster of local and international musicians and will be released on vinyl, CD and digital platforms on 25 June, coinciding with her birthday.

“Setiva” follows her 2022 debut “Тази стая” and is promoted by Bulgarian Radio and City TV. Ekimova highlighted the new creative process that began with words and ideas rather than stories, marking a shift in her artistic approach.
