Dara Rolins and Pavel Nedved construct luxury villas in Prague and Italy

Czech pop singer Dara Rolins and former footballer Pavel Nedved are developing two high‑end residences. In the upscale Šárka district of Prague they have bought a plot for 35 million CZK (about €1.45 million) and are building a spacious, glass‑fronted villa with large windows, a pool, terrace, garden and an elevator. The property was initially listed at 43 million CZK but the asking price has fallen below 40 million CZK (€1.65 million).

At the same time the couple are completing a three‑storey luxury villa on Italy’s Lago Maggiore, valued at over €100 million, where interior work is nearing completion. Rolins said on the construction site, “Roste to tam jako z vody” (it’s growing there like water). Both projects are described as their “two children,” and the pair have not yet decided which will become their permanent home. They are also putting a former three‑storey villa in Tuchoměřice, which they built with a previous partner, up for sale.
