Daring Club Motema Pembe elects Olivier Bierlair as new president

Daring Club Motema Pembe (DCMP) in Kinshasa has undergone a leadership transition following recent elections. Olivier Bierlair has been elected as the new president of the club's coordination.

Bierlair has outlined a roadmap focused on professionalism, structural reforms, and financial stability. His priorities include improving technical training, enhancing player working conditions, and establishing revenue-generating mechanisms such as merchandise sales, sponsorship searches, and brand valuation. He also emphasized the need for legal reforms to address administrative ambiguities and foster a culture of accountability.

Prior to the election, administrator Lambert Osango advocated for dialogue and cohesion among the various factions of the club to ensure a peaceful transition. Osango stressed the importance of inclusivity and the collective interest of the club during the electoral process.
