Trabzonspor reaches agreement to sign Darwin Núñez on loan

Trabzonspor has reached a principle agreement to sign Uruguayan striker Darwin Núñez on loan from Saudi Arabian club Al-Hilal. This high-profile move follows the Turkish club's recent acquisition of Mohamed Salah.

Under the terms of the agreement, Trabzonspor is expected to pay an approximately €8 million loan fee. Regarding Núñez's salary, reports indicate that while he currently earns roughly €20-22 million annually, Trabzonspor will cover approximately €8 million, with Al-Hilal covering the remaining balance.

The transfer reunites Núñez with his former Liverpool teammate Mohamed Salah. Núñez, 27, seeks a return to European football after a period of limited playing time in the Saudi Pro League.
