Dassault Systèmes and Wittmann showcase AI-driven industrial solutions
Dassault Systèmes and Wittmann have announced new technological advancements focused on integrating artificial intelligence into industrial manufacturing and production management.
Dassault Systèmes will demonstrate its industrial AI architecture at the NVIDIA GTC Berlin 2026 conference. The company plans to showcase how virtual twins, Industry World Models, and virtual companions—such as AURA, LEO, and MARIE—can assist in engineering, production, and scientific research. These virtual companions are designed to reason and plan complex industrial tasks while maintaining human oversight. In the life sciences sector, the MARIE virtual companion will utilize the NVIDIA BioNeMo Agent Toolkit to support interactive laboratory research.
Separately, Wittmann introduced TEMI Next, a new Manufacturing Execution System (MES), at the Fakuma 2026 trade fair in Friedrichshafen, Germany. Developed specifically to support AI applications, TEMI Next maps all production processes to provide reliable key performance indicators (KPIs) based on real-world operating conditions. The platform is offered via a subscription model and features a unified model for injection molding and other production processes. It supports a wide range of protocols and integrates energy management, assembly, filling, and packaging systems from various suppliers.
