Dassault Systèmes launches AI‑powered Virtual Companions on 3DEXPERIENCE platform

Dassault Systèmes announced that its Virtual Companions—AURA (program management), LEO (mechanical engineering) and MARIE (fundamental sciences)—are now globally available on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform as SaaS services. The agents operate as AI‑driven experts, reasoning with Industry World Models grounded in physics and materials science, and can execute tasks throughout the product lifecycle, from concept to simulation and manufacturing.

The rollout is positioned as a step toward “Virtual Twin Factories,” where the companions work alongside human engineers to co‑create products, assets and services more quickly and efficiently. Pascal Daloz, CEO of Dassault Systèmes, highlighted that the companions bring decades of industrial knowledge into AI tools that are purpose‑built rather than generic large‑language models.
